Clean room, a decent size with comfortable beds. Location is about a 15-minute walk from Quattro Canti. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy. Breakfast had a variety of pastries and surprisingly included hard-boiled eggs. No kettle in the room for making warm drinks, made nighttime feeds tricky. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom every time we used it, and when I reported it, they only offered extra towels. Not ideal for families with infants, especially since there were no high chairs available during breakfast. Good hotel but definitely needs to step up with their facilities for families.

The location is excellent and favourable, 1 mile from Albergheria. In addition, it's 5 minutes walk to bus station...

Well priced hotel located adjacent to impressive churches, city center, and the Restaurant. Breakfast with croissants and gluten free options, as example. Unbeatable, good location in an obscure neighbourhood. Again, walking distance to a medieval church;))
No milk at all.

Secure underground parking was a real convenience.
My experience was marred by a lack of basic hospitality. The reception staff seemed indifferent, as they left us standing outside in the cold for a while without any acknowledgment.

Nice environment, nice colazione da matina, clean and very good attention at the restaurante
Tuto benne, I stayed 3 nigths and wanted to stay 2 more, unfortunately the price was different and they told me to book again through internet. I had a little problem (my foult), i forgot to turn in the room key, because i was in a hurry to take the bus), however on my way to Palermo i will return the key through a friend of mine (Dra. ines) who will deliver the room key at the hotel. Thank you very much for your comprehension.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Good underground parking at Hotel & stairs leading to/from Hotel. Buffet breakfast consisting of fresh croissants, ham, salami, prunes, peaches, rolls & tea or coffee as well as orange / grapefruit juice. 4 different types of cereals. The rooms were spacious & clean towels, shower gel & shampoo provided every day. We stayed 2 nights.

The secured underground parking is a great perk, especially in a bustling city with chaotic drivers. The hotel's proximity to the city center makes it accessible for those who want to explore the area on foot, even if the walk isn't through the prettiest neighborhoods.
Noise levels at night are a real issue. Some rooms suffer from sounds such as snoring neighbors, which can keep you tossing and turning. The breakfast options leave a lot to be desired, with many guests noting a limited selection and quality that doesn't reflect local cuisine. The old furniture and room maintenance problems, like leaking showers that flood the bathroom, detract from the experience. It also lacks high chairs or amenities for families, which makes it less ideal for those traveling with small children.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are simply furnished and clean. Even if the hotel is not at city center, it was taking 10 min to reach to the hotel by buses (no 234 and 109) from central station.
Little detail was missing as ear sticks and shoes cleaner ( because the palermo is messy when it's raining). Fair breakfast.

For the cost of a night with breakfast... there was nothing you can argue with !!!!

The hotel is nice and clean with friendly staff. A bit furter away from the center and the Railway Station than we expected when we booked. Had then no map to locate it. However, bus transport from nearby stop to station and city centre quite conveniant.

I stayed for 3 nights and found the room comfy, but the breakfast was pretty average, lacking good variety and quality. Chur for the helpful staff though!

The hotel provides good value for
Money, with clean and spacious rooms. I appreciated the friendly staff and their helpful tips for exploring Palermo. The breakfast area felt cramped during peak hours. It was a solid base for our adventures in the city.
